1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Skipper mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Auto-Renewable Subscription

• Skipper offers an auto-renewable subscription priced at $1.99 USD per month
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

2.2 Subscription Management

• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• To cancel, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes
• You will not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership

• The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Skipper and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software

4.2 License

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
• This license is solely for your personal, non-commercial use

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free

5.2 Limitation

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months

6. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the App without notice
• Update these terms at any time
• Changes will be effective upon posting to the App or website

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California

7.2 Arbitration

• Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California
• You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:

• For violations of these terms
• For any other reason at our sole discretion
• Without prior notice or liability

10. Apple App Store Terms

• These terms are between you and Skipper, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
